Nestled just a few minutes' stroll from the charming old town of Troyes, it offered a cozy yet elegant home base for my explorations. The standout feature was undoubtedly the culinary experience. Breakfast was a highlight, showcasing an assortment of fresh breads and homemade jams that felt true to the heart of the region. Each bite was reminiscent of those sunny mornings in Cork, when simplicity ruled the day. The ambiance of the restaurant paired nicely with the culinary innovation on display; the team crafted dishes that celebrated local ingredients and flavors.
